Before → after
The problem
The legacy dashboard did its job but felt like a spreadsheet: dense charts, hard-to-read tables, cramped filters and no mobile or dark mode. It also had live users — the new version had to slot in without breaking a single session.
What I did
- 01Rebuilt the whole interface from scratch against the same backend, routes and session — a drop-in replacement.
- 02Interactive map with irrigation zones and live readings on every station.
- 03Readable multi-measure charts, forecast maps, data tables, climate bulletins and reports.
- 04PDF and Word export for bulletins, French, English and Arabic, light and dark themes.

The result
- Designed as a drop-in replacement: when it takes over from the legacy app, nobody gets logged out.
- The same filters and data, in an interface people actually want to open.
