The Souss-Massa water basin agency's weather, groundwater and river network — rebuilt from scratch for the web, and brought to the agency's wall screens.

Before → after
The problem
The agency ran a telemetry portal built by a colleague: cramped screens, inconsistent charts, no dark mode, no Arabic, and pages slow to show data — for a team watching dozens of weather, groundwater, rain and river stations.
What I did
- 01Rebuilt the portal from scratch: live station map, dashboards, multi-measure charts, tables, reports and admin.
- 02Full French, English and Arabic — the Arabic version mirrors everything, charts included.
- 03Light and dark themes, PDF / Word / Excel exports, virtualized tables for large datasets, QR-code login.
- 04Built it on a foundation I then reused to rebuild ABH-DON.
- 05Built the TV version for the agency's wall screens — Android TV (Capacitor) and desktop (Tauri), with spoken flood alerts.
Screens
The result
- Rebuilt to replace the legacy app, on the agency's new v3 API.
- The TV app led my manager to hand me the company's other frontend projects.
- Its foundation became the starting point of the ABH-DON rebuild.
