Before → after
The problem
The agency's portal was a colleague's legacy app — dated, hard to read and slow — with no way to show forecasts or flood risk across one of Morocco's largest basins.
What I did
- 01Rebuilt the portal from scratch, with the agency's own branding, stations and pages.
- 02Designed forecast maps for the whole basin and a flood-risk monitoring module (map and table).
- 03Live station map, dashboards and charts — in French, English and Arabic, light and dark.
- 04PDF / Word / Excel exports and virtualized tables for large datasets.
- 05Built the TV version for the agency's wall screens, with forecast maps and spoken flood alerts.

The result
- Rebuilt to replace the legacy app, on the agency's new v3 API.
- Shares its foundation with ABH-SM — improvements ship to both agencies.
